Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling the front desk for same-day availability or sending us an email with your time preference. In order to respect everybodyˇ¦s busy schedules and to minimize wait time, we have a strict policy of no double-booking. This allows us to schedule urgent or acutely injured patients as needed. We understand that things can arise unexpectedly, but we request you arrive on time or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse care and/or charge a $25 cancellation fee in certain circumstance.
First Visit
Upon arriving at our office, you will be welcomed as a new member of our chiropractic family! Please remember to bring your completed registration forms with you along with any medical records. You can download the registration forms here or request a copy to be sent to you via fax or email.
Your first appointment will take approximately 1-hour in which Dr. Yin will evaluate, diagnose, and treat your condition. The comprehensive examination will involve orthopedic, neurological, and physical tests to help Dr. Yin arrive at a diagnosis. X-rays and other diagnostic testing will be discussed if required and a detailed report will be given outlining the treatment protocol. Treatment is administered the same day and most patients experience results immediately after getting up off the adjusting table.

Payment Options
We accept most PPO insurances and Medicare plans. You are responsible for the yearly deductible and/or the co-insurance/co-payment amount. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company, and thus, we bill your insurance company as a professional courtesy. Any outstanding balances (orthopedic supplies, supplements, balms, etc.) may be your responsibility. Contact us if you would like our staff to verify your benefits at no charge.
For patients will no chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer affordable payment plans. Please note that we accept cash or checks only at this time.
For auto accidents , coverage varies in each case. We will either bill your auto insurance for medpay or we will accept your case on a lien basis if you are represented by an attorney. This means no out-of-pocket expense for you!
